Do my clients need to remember another password?

No. To sign in, your clients can either enter the one-time 6-digit code sent to their mobile/cellular phone, or use the Magic Link (expiring link emailed to them).

Is there a limit on the number of 'requests'?

No. Unlike other document collection software, Portalstack does not impose a limit on monthly ‘active requests’ (i.e. the number of questionnaire forms you can send to clients requesting information).

Is Portalstack an accounting practice management software?

No. But Portalstack works great alongside your accounting practice management software. While PMS is great for internal teams and back-office functions, Portalstack focuses on delivering a better client experience. Our platform was designed from the ground up with the client experience as the foundation.

Is there a limit of the number of questionnaire form templates?

No. You can add as many templates as you want.
